Technicate is committed to its clients and staff 24/7. In light of recent fluid events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are making it our priority to protect employees and continue serving our clients.
We started with moving all of our client meetings to virtual meetings to protect clients and employees. Furthering our efforts by providing options for employees to telework. Technicate has identified onsite support requirements and key personnel to meet those requirements. Internally, we have notified staff on and increased cleaning of our offices to meet the existing environment.
Technicates’ management staff has prepared for upcoming events that may occur during this timeframe, including quarantine. Technicate is in a positive position with our ability to perform almost all of our support and development duties remotely. Our engineering staff has prepared our infrastructure to ensure we can do just that.
With our preparedness and the preparedness of our sister company, Datacate, we will strive to meet the same uptime you’ve expected from Datacate and Technicate.
